Custom Orders and Interior Services
Most of our furniture pieces are made to order based on your selected materials, dimensions, and finishes.
Interior design consultations, site visits, 3D layouts, and turnkey projects are handled based on the specific project scope agreed upon before work begins.
Because every piece of wood, stone, and fabric has natural variations, minor differences in grain, texture, and color tone may occur and are a natural part of handcrafted furniture.
Pricing and Payments
All prices shown on our website or quoted through our team are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Custom orders require an advance deposit before we start production. The remaining balance must be cleared before or upon delivery as discussed during order confirmation.
Quotations provided for interior fit outs and custom joinery remain valid for the timeframe mentioned in the proposal.
Deliveries and Installation
We deliver across Karachi and can arrange shipping to other cities upon request. Delivery and installation charges depend on your location, order volume, and site floor access.
We provide estimated completion and delivery timelines for custom orders. While we always aim to deliver on schedule, occasional delays due to raw material availability or unforeseen events may happen. We will keep you updated if any delay occurs.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location and that entryways, stairwells, and elevators can accommodate the furniture size.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once production begins on custom made furniture, orders cannot be canceled or refunded because materials and labor are already committed to your custom specifications.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a defect in manufacturing, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can inspect and resolve it promptly.
